IssueNet List Pricing
IssueNet supports two different license options: concurrent and named user. Concurrent is based on simultaneous use and can be used by any team member on a first come first serve basis; named licenses are associated to a specific user. Relay is a seperate tool that provides a web interface into IssueNet for the submission and viewing of tickets.

The product supports user created scripts, plugins, MS Build, and web service calls to facilitate a broad spectrum of integrations and customizations.
